Engagement models

Four ways to work together.

The task picks the model. Each one states how work is organized, who carries the risk and what the contract covers.

  1. 01

    Fixed price

    Scope is clear and fixed
    When it fits
A defined task: an audit, an MVP, a planned migration.
    How it works
Scope and milestones are fixed after discovery or an audit. Each milestone ends with a demo and your written acceptance.
    Who carries the risk
We carry the delivery risk within the agreed scope. Changes go through a written change request.
    What the contract covers
Statement of work with scope, milestones, acceptance criteria and a change-request process.
  2. 02

    Time & Material

    Scope will evolve
    When it fits
You learn as you go: product discovery, R&D, changing priorities.
    How it works
Two-week iterations on a backlog you prioritize. Every iteration ends with a demo and a time report.
    Who carries the risk
Shared: you control priorities and the cap, we keep velocity and quality visible every week.
    What the contract covers
Framework agreement with roles, a monthly cap and reporting rules.
  3. 03

    Dedicated team

We need capacity for 6+ months
    When it fits
A long roadmap and no time to hire. We build and run the team.
    How it works
Engineers work only on your product, inside your process and tools. We hire, onboard and manage them.
    Who carries the risk
Shared: you own the roadmap, we answer for the team's output and continuity.
    What the contract covers
Team agreement with roles, team size, notice periods and replacement terms.
  4. 04

    Retainer

System is live and needs care
    When it fits
Support, fixes and steady improvement of a running system.
    How it works
A monthly pool of hours for fixes and improvements, with response times set per severity.
    Who carries the risk
Ours, under the SLA: response times are written into the contract.
    What the contract covers
Support agreement with the SLA, the hours pool and monthly reporting.
