- Technical audit
01Who it is for
- 01
Nobody on the team can say what the system really costs to run, or where it will break next.
- 02
A rewrite is on the table and you want an outside view before you commit a budget to it.
- 03
You are about to invest in or buy a company and need a technical due diligence.
- 04
The team grew faster than the architecture, and every release takes longer than the last.

06Questions
What access do you need for an audit?
Read access to the code repository, infrastructure and monitoring, plus 3–5 short interviews with the team. We sign an NDA first and revoke all access when the audit ends.
How much of my team's time will it take?
About 4–6 hours in total, mostly in the first two days. The rest of the review we do on our own.
Do we have to hire you for the follow-up work?
No. The report is written so that your own team or any other contractor can act on it.
Can you audit a stack you do not list on the site?
Usually yes. Architecture, infrastructure and process findings do not depend on the language. If a stack is outside what we can judge, we say so before we start.
What does CTO as a Service include?
A named senior engineer for an agreed number of days per month: architecture decisions, hiring support, vendor reviews and a monthly report to the founders or the board.
Tell us about the task.
