Who is responsible

ULeads Tech is responsible for the processing of your data on this website. Contact: hello@uleads.tech.

What we collect when you send a request

The request form asks for:

• the practice you are interested in, an approximate budget and timeline;
• your name, your company (optional) and your email address;
• your message and whether you want an NDA before the first call;
• a file, if you attach one (up to 20 MB).

With the request, the form also sends the first page you opened on this site, the website you came from (referrer) and the campaign tags in the link (UTM tags), if there were any. They are held in your browser's memory only while you browse the site and are not stored on your device.

Why we process it and on what legal basis

• To answer your request and prepare a proposal: steps you asked us to take before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and the consent you give in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• To see which pages and channels bring requests (first page, referrer, UTM tags): our legitimate interest in improving the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who receives your data

Requests are delivered to our team through a private chat in Telegram, a messenger operated outside the European Economic Area. This is a transfer of your data to a country without an EU adequacy decision for this service. We rely on Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR: the transfer is necessary for the steps you asked us to take. If you prefer that your request does not go through Telegram, email us at hello@uleads.tech instead.

The website runs on a virtual server rented from a hosting provider, which processes data on our behalf. We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising.

Protection against abuse

To stop automated form submissions, the server counts requests per IP address over 10 minutes. The count is held in memory only, is cleared after about 10 minutes and is never written to disk. The web server keeps no access logs with IP addresses.

How long we keep it

We keep a request for as long as we need it to answer you and prepare a proposal. If no project follows, we delete it within 12 months. If we work together, the contract and the law decide how long records are kept.

Your rights

• access to your data and a copy of it (Art. 15 and 20 GDPR);
• correction or deletion (Art. 16 and 17 GDPR);
• restriction of processing and objection to it (Art. 18 and 21 GDPR);
• withdrawal of your consent at any time, with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR);
• a complaint to a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU country where you live or work (Art. 77 GDPR).

No automated decisions

We make no decisions about you by automated means and build no profiles.

Changes

We update this policy when the website or our processing changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
