06Questions
Will there be downtime?
We plan for zero downtime and rehearse the cutover on copies of production. If a short window is unavoidable, you approve its time and length in advance.
How do you protect SEO during a website migration?
We map every URL to a 301 redirect, keep metadata and structured data, and watch rankings and crawl errors for two weeks after launch.
What if something goes wrong at cutover?
Every cutover has a tested rollback plan. If the agreed checks fail, we roll back and reschedule.
Can we migrate in stages?
Yes, and it is often the safer choice: module by module or market by market, with the old and the new system running side by side.
Do you migrate Jira, Confluence and ServiceNow?
Yes, through our Platforms practice: Jira and Confluence Server or Data Center to Cloud, and moves into or between ServiceNow instances.
