06Questions

What response times do you offer?

Response times are set per severity in the contract, for example one hour for a critical incident during business hours. Extended hours can be agreed.

Can you support a system you did not build?

Yes. Onboarding starts with a short audit of the code and infrastructure, so we know what we are taking on.

How is the monthly work planned?

Once a month we agree on priorities with you. Urgent fixes go ahead of planned work, and everything shows up in the monthly report.

Do you work in our tools?

Yes: your Jira or other tracker, your repository and your chat. We do not move your process into ours.

Can the team grow or shrink?

Yes. Team size is reviewed every quarter and follows your roadmap.
